We are tracking a peering issue with an upstream carrier. Any traffic using that path has shifted to other carriers.
Upstream carrier reports crash in Atlanta router that caused loss of global routes. Carrier intends to preform emergency maintenance for software updates to address a software defect early AM 7-6-2024. Coloblox will shift traffic away from this carrier during the maintenance window. This event is considered resolved.
Confirmed global routing loss from upstream carrier. All traffic operating normally on other carriers. Continuing to monitor.
